The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria FAAN has assured passengers and airport users of safety at the nation’s airports, following the outbreak of Ebola virus in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
FAAN’s Acting General Manager, Corporate Affairs, Mrs Henrietta Yakubu said adequate measures had been put in place to checkmate the re-occurrence of any such outbreak in Nigeria.
“All the measures adopted in 2014 to curtail the virus are very much in place and have been fortified,’’ she noted.
