Two Nigerian Senior Beach Volleyball teams left Abuja for Benin Republic on Thursday for the 2017 World Championships qualifier.
The Beach Volleyball qualifier will hold from March 11 to March 13.
Secretary, Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVF), Maikano Adamu has said that the team was made up of four males and four females.
He said that three officials were part of Nigeria’s contingent to the competition.
“The contingent is also made up of a coach, referee and the federation’s assistant secretary,’’ Adamu said.
Niger, Ghana, Togo, Burkina Faso and the host, Benin, would feature in the qualifier.
