The Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Dr Boboye Oyeyem, has tasked officers of the Commission nationwide to rededicate themselves to hard work and diligence in carrying out their assignments.

He stated this while decorating some senior and junior Marshals of the Headquarters, who were successful in the recent Marshals’ promotion exercise, and also expressed his commitment to upholding the ideals of staff welfare.

Dr Oyeyemi congratulated the promoted Marshals for their brilliant performances in the last promotion examinations, stressing that more rewards await those who are diligent in carrying out their duties.

You must be exemplary in your conduct and prove to others that the elevation you have enjoyed today is well deserved,” he said.

He warned the officers not to engage in acts that could undermine the positive image of the Corps and enjoined them to remain good ambassadors of the organisation by demonstrating sustained commitment and zeal in the discharge of their duties.

Dr Oyeyemi further said that “we would continue to demonstrate our commitment to the success of our progress as a world class organisation, but all staff must reciprocate the gestures by showing greater commitment to service delivery.”

Among those decorated with their new ranks were Marshals working directly under the office of the Corps Marshal and various units in the National Headquarters.
