Katsina United resumed training in Abuja on Tuesday December 27 after a short holiday break.
The NNL Super 4 champions will train in Abuja for a week before going back to their base.
New signing Bidemi Abduwalhab said he is pleased to train in Abuja, where he started out.
“We will resume in Abuja. I am pleased to resume in Abuja because I was born and grew up there,” said the former FC Ifeanyi Ubah ace.
“I also played for my first professional football club in Abuja, SEC FC of Abuja. I have so many fans in the FCT.”
Abdulwahab said they will be the underdogs in the new NPFL season, but they hope to surprise many experts.
“We are going to start the league as underdogs, but we are eager to make a statement in the new season,” he vowed.
