N-Power: Federal government releases list of 200,000 workers

The Federal Government has released the  names of the two hundred thousand Nigerians selected under the N-Power programme as teachers, agriculture and health workers.

N-Power is to engage and train 500,000 young unemployed graduates. It is a paid volunteering programme of a 2-year duration.

The 500,000 beneficiaries will be expected to exit after two years to economically viable job and business opportunities.

Participants will be provided teaching, instructional and advisory solutions in the focus areas, and paid a monthly stipend of N30,000.

The 4 main focus areas are in basic education, agriculture extension services, public health & community education (civic & adult education).
