Nigeria hosts 7th African Accreditation Cooperation meeting

The African Accreditation Cooperation (AFRAC) has begun its 7th general assembly meeting in Abuja the Nigerian capital.

The meeting which is being hosted by the Standard Organisation of Nigeria is aimed at improving the quality of products and services from Africa.

The 5-day meeting brings together Members across Africa and relevant international bodies.

The African Accreditation Cooperation (AFRAC)  is a cooperation of accreditation bodies, sub-regional accreditation cooperations and stakeholders whose objective is to facilitate trade and contribute to the protection of health, safety and the environment, in Africa and thereby improve Africa’s competitiveness.
