Nigeria Premier League Club, Rangers FC of Enugu has received a shift in date on the reception by the State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, in honour of Nigeria champions.
The reception for Enugu Rangers earlier slated for Tuesday was shifted to Friday but the Venue still remains the same, at the Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu where injured striker Ifeanyi Egwim is being treated.
Rangers spokesman, Foster Chime confirmed that the date for the event.
“The governor wants the reception to be a holistic one. He wants everybody associated at one time or the other with the club to be part of it,” Chime said.
“Among those expected at the event include former governor of the state Chief Jim Nwobodo.
“It is an event that the governor wants to showcase the fact that the club have done well to win the league after 32 years.
