Osun State Government congratulates Journalists for successful election

The Government of Osun State has congratulated the state’s Correspondent Chapel on the successful conduct of its election that ushered in new set of Executive Council members.

In a release by the government spokesman, Mr Semiu Okanlawon, Governor Rauf Aregbesola rejoiced with the entire family of journalists in Osun for conducting a free, fair and credible election.

He prayed that the exercise marks the beginning of another gappreciated the out gone leadership for its commitment to peace and the growth of the chapel.

Meanwhile, the Osun State House of Assembly has also felicitated with New NUJ Correspondents Chairman.

Mr Tunbosun Oyintiloye, the Chairman, Osun House of Assembly Committee on Information and Strategy, on behalf of the Speaker, Najeem Salaam and other members of the house congratulated Prince Hameed Olawale Oyegbade and his cabinet members on the victory.

While wishing the Chairman, Mr Hameed Oyegbade and other executive members a successful tenure, Oyintiloye prayed that the election marks the beginning of a new era of great achievement.

Other executive members of the chapel are Deacon Richard Akintade as Vice Chairman (Nigerian Pilot) , Mrs Florence Babasola, Treasurer (Alaroye Newspaper); Mr Yinka Salaam, Assistant Secretary (Voice of Nigeria); and Mrs Yetunde Oladejo, Financial Secretary (The Union).
