The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB has expressed readiness to conduct the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations UTME, across Nigeria.
The exam which is scheduled to hold between 6th-16th May, 2022 comes after a successful mock examination was carried out last Saturday.
The Registrar of the Board, Professor Ishaq Oloyede made this known in the Board’s Weekly Bulletin made available to journalists after the release of the Mock exams result conducted by the board.
As stated in the JAMB Bulletin, Candidates who sat for the examination are to visit www.jamb.gov.ng and click on ‘2022 Mock Result Checking’ and input their UTME registration number to access their results,”
Voice of Nigeria earlier reports that a total of 175, 000 candidates sat for the examination at about 750 centres nationwide.
The JAMB Registrar also told VON that the candidates, who wrote the mock examination which started from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m were limited to only one session.
He assured that the board and all the Computer Based Tests, CBT centres were ready for the conduct of the 2022 main examination following his satisfaction in the mock examinations.
A total of 1.8 million candidates were registered for the 2022 UTME.
