2023 budget should focus on completing past projects – Senate President

President Muhammadu Buhari has presented the 2023 budget to the National Assembly at the upper and lower chambers.

In an opening remark, the Senate President of the ninth national Assembly, Ahmad Lawan, called on president Buhari to give Nigerians a budget that focuses on completing previous development projects.

He noted that the previous budgets had created provisions for massive development projects and as such, should be continued.

He further called on the president to ensure that focus is given to legacy projects of the administration.
