6 Brigade Commander Praised for Ensuring Safe Business Environment

The Commander of the 6 Brigade Nigerian Army, Brigadier General Kingsley Chidiebere Uwa, has been praised for his commitment and leadership in fostering a secure environment that enables businesses to thrive in Taraba State, North East Nigeria.

According to Captain Olubodunde Oni, Acting Assistant Director of the Brigade’s Army Public Relations, 6 Brigade Nigerian Army, the commendation came during a visit by participants of the Strategic Management and Policy Studies Course from the Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC).

Captain Oni stated that the visiting team, led by Major General Dahiru Sanusi, visited the Taraba State Business School, where they learned about the institution’s activities and its impact on economic growth.

“The school’s CEO, Mr. Gabriel Olayinka, acknowledged the vital role of the 6 Brigade in improving security, which has allowed businesses to flourish,” Captain Oni said.

He added that Brigadier General Uwa’s proactive leadership has ensured peace and stability in the region, enabling entrepreneurs to thrive.

The delegation also visited the Technical Incubation Center and the office of Brigadier General Jeremiah Aliyu Faransa (Rtd), where they gained insights into initiatives promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and revenue generation.

Captain Oni noted that the 6 Brigade’s efforts have significantly contributed to the creation of a safe and secure environment for businesses to operate in Taraba State.
