NGO donates houses to indigents, churches, community leaders in Ebonyi

A Non-Governmental Organisation NGO known as Ebele and AnyiChucks Foundation has commissioned and donated 23 edifices to Indigents, Churches and Community leaders to give them a befitting shelter.

The founder of the NGO, Dr Ifeanyi Chukwuma Odii disclosed this to Journalists at Isu in Onitcha Local Government Area of Ebonyi State Southeast Nigeria in the course of commissioning the houses.

Dr Odii said “the total number of the houses this foundation is building for the indigents, Churches and some traditional Rulers across Ebonyi State is 130 but today, we are handing over these 23 out of the above numbers because it has been completed to an international standard of what complete house is all about”

He said it gives him joy putting smiles on people’s faces.

Odii thanked all who have supported the foundation in one way or the other in alleviating poverty in the entire country

“In no distant time, the remaining 107 houses which are yet to be completed to international standard would as well be commissioned to alleviate what Ebonyi people are passing through in terms of accommodation,” he informed.

Moreso, Odii further added that to ensure that no Ebonyi man or woman wears a less quality clothing material, he has also procured and distributed quality lace materials of different colours and designs to all Ebonyi people to make them feel happy.

Also, the State Coordinator of the foundation, Comrade Christian Onu applauded Dr Odii for the various Empowerment he is giving to people across Nigeria.

“It is no longer news that Dr Ifeanyi Chukwuma Odii is a helper sent from the Almighty God to liberate the people of Ebonyi State from the shackles of Poverty, Mental Slavery and Economic Dwarfism. AnyiChuks as he is fondly and globally called by his admirers, fans and supporters is a detribalized Ebonyi Son who through his Ebele and AnyiChuks Foundation changed the narratives of Ebonyi people”

“Through this Ebele and AnyiChuks Foundation he has built over one hundred and thirty houses these include bungalows and duplexes for people both within and outside Ebonyi State.
Those who benefited so far from the Housing Scheme of Ebele and AnyiChuks Foundation are the less privileged ones, Clergy Men, Churches, Traditional Rulers, Schools, Youths, Women, amongst others,” he added.

Onu said, “for those houses that belong to Churches, each of the buildings has Pastorate”.

Some of the beneficiaries from the Church angle, Reverend Emmanuel Odeh of Christ Ascension Church Isu Achara, the Chief of Staff to Dr Chukwuma Odii, Mr Ozioma Odii Njoku who got 5 bedroom bungalow and Mr John Okoronkwo who also got 3 bedroom bungalow was so excited and prayed for God’s Continous blessings upon Ebele and AnyiChucks Foundation.

It would be recalled that Ebele and AnyiChucks Foundation has made it a compulsory annual event that every year, it must give succour to the less privileged and free medical treatment to all Ebonyi people and beyond as it had already given out over 13000 bags of rice and 6000 wrappers to the 13 Loca Government Areas of the State.
