Accreditation and voting has commenced simultaneously at the polling unit 001 PHC in Kwali Area council.
Voters confirmed that they are optimistic that the candidate they voted for, will provide necessary amenities and bring about positive change if he wins.
Election materials arrived at most of the poling units in Kwali Area councils, as early as 7:30 am, and by 8:30am voting had commenced 001 poling unit at the primary health care.
The turn out of voters has been impressive so far.
Daladi Chiya, the incumbent Chairman of Kwali Area council of the APC has casted his vote and is optimistic the he will win the election.
He also said if he does not win the election he can accept defeat with good fate.
