Electorates at Kuje Central primary with three different Polling Units, 001, 002 and 017 say the newly introduced machine by INEC has resulted in delay of accreditation and Voting.

Some voters expressed the view of the people who said they have stayed on the queue since 9am without being accredited as at time of filling in this report.

A voter, Salami Abdulrasheed said: “we are tired and hungry as a result of the faulty Machine.”

He further said that the machine has been breaking down and voters are being rejected while thumb printing.

“I call on INEC to deploy more from the polling units where the voters are just 2 and 3 people to capture voters,” Salami added.

He added that the Commission has achieved 90 percent of the electoral process in Kuje Area council.

“In kuje there has been no challenges so far and there is room for  INEC to improve on its mandate in preparation for other coming electoral process in the country.”
