A virtual meeting of the Federal Executive Council has begun at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja, with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo presiding.

Prof. Osinbajo is presiding over the meeting in the absence of President Muhammadu Buhari who departed Abuja on Tuesday for Nairobi, Kenya, to participate in the Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP @50).
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. Boss Mustapha; Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari; and Head of Service of the Federation, Dr. Folashade Yemi-Esan are physically present at the meeting.
Ministers who are physically present at the meeting are those of Education, Adamu Adamu; Aviation, Hadi Sirika; Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola; Women Affairs, Pauline Tallen; and Attorney-General and Justice, Abubakar Malami.
Others are Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Develop, Sadiya Farouq; and Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Clem Agba.
