A campaign group know as Ndigbo Kwado Anyim has expressed their readiness to support the ambition of former Senate President, Anyim Pius Anyim to become Nigeria President come 2023.
The Group made this promise during the inauguration of their National Coordinator, Mr Zachaus Ogbuefi in Abakaliki the State Capital.
Mr Ifeuwabundidi Ogbuefi after his inauguration called on all Nigerians to come out en mass to support the Presidential ambition of Senator Anyim Pius Anyim.
“This is the man who has served Nigeria very well in different capacities, including serving as Senate President and as Secretary to the Government of the Federation SGF”
“I am so convinced that if he is given the opportunity to serve as Nigeria President, everybody irrespective of your religion and ethnicity, will enjoy”. Ogbuefi stated.
He said Anyim was one of the Igbo illustrious Sons who will make Nigeria better.
“This group called Ndigbo Kwado Anyim are fully for Anyim Pius for President of Nigeria and any other person who might emerge as the gubernatorial flag bearer of People’s Democratic Party PDP,” he said.
Ifeuwabundidi Ogbuefi is also National Coordinator of Forum of Former Liaison Officers, Management Committee Members, Councilors, Supervisors, Secretaries, Educational Secretaries and Vice Chairmen.
He said, “This forum are also strongly in support of Anyim to become Nigeria’s President.”
Also, the State Coordinator of the Group, Mr Louis Okochi said “we are here today to support and campaign for Anyim Pius to become President of Nigeria come 2023 and we are people of like minds”.
Mr Okochi added that “this is the time to show Anyim Pius Anyim that we love him for all the good things he has done for Nigeria as Senate President and SGF”.
