Eagles dump Noda Hotel for Golden Tulip
The Super Eagles will now lodge at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Kumasi, ahead of Friday’s crucial Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifier against Ghana in Kumasi on Friday.
The team were earlier scheduled to stay at the 3-Star Noda Hotel in Kumasi after Aisha Falode, Executive Committee member, Nigeria Football Federation, led the federation’s inspection team to Kumasi on Friday.
The NFF made the hotel change known in a statement on Wednesday.
According to the General Secretary of the NFF, Mohammed Sanusi, no stone will be left unturned to ensure the Eagles overcome the Black Stars.
“I want to assure that the NFF is putting all arrangements in place to motivate and incentivise the players and officials for the two big matches,” he said.
“We have concluded most of the arrangements and expect no glitch anywhere. We are also ready to deal with eventualities as they arise because these are matches that we must win.
“The NFF is very much alive to its responsibilities and will put everything in place to inspire the Super Eagles to triumph.”
The Eagles will also be hoping to end their 14-year winless run when they face the Black Stars on Friday.
