Dr. Nwachukwu Anakwenze, a Presidential aspirant under the People’s Democratic Party, PDP who recently picked a form for the expression of interest and nomination, says what Nigerians want is true democracy, freedom, fair play for all, and the promotion of good religion and politics.

According to him, Nigerians want every ethnic group to feel they have a stake in the country’s future and leadership based on the ability to work hard, fairness, and accountability.

HIS VISION FOR NIGERIA

“We envision a Nigeria where every ethnic group will have a sense of belonging and not feel marginalised. The governed trust the governance, and the governed genuinely believe they can vote.

“Our vision is for one united Nigeria, irrespective of where you come from. My presidency will involve everybody from every tribe and every religion, There’ll be no discrimination,” Dr. Anakwenze said.

PURCHASE OF FORMS

Reports confirm that the sales of expression of interest and nomination forms for all categories of positions continue at the PDP’s secretariat office. So far, eight presidential aspirants have picked their expression of interest and nomination forms.

THE ASPIRANT’S PROMISE

However, Anakwenze stated Nigeria is a blessed country that needs more caring and committed people to lead the nation. “We have everything, our young people are knowledgeable, and God has given us all the resources, everything. We don’t have tornados or hurricanes.

God gave us everything, favored us, but our people are not taking care of the people,” he stressed.

The aspirant promised to focus on the young people, educate them, train them, give them skills, give them money to start their businesses.

He aims to make Nigeria one of the top 10 countries globally with an enviable health care system like America. So citizens won’t need to travel out of the country for better health services.

“Talking about zoning, the people from Southeast have not benefited.

“We have worked very hard to keep Nigeria united. Building infrastructures and doing everything possible. We are the ones that live in every part of the country and speak the language of every tribe and develop the place as best we can.”

He said if they gave the southeast people a chance, they would make Nigeria a world superpower. “We have the knowledge, talent, skills, and intelligent people.

“Our young people can land us on Mars, but they don’t have the opportunity.

“I aim to change Nigeria; to change these young people. We will manufacture new products. No more buying; we are going to make cars, trains, planes,” the aspirant said.
