American-Nigerian middleweight fighter, Chidi Njokuani, has seen great success in his brief Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) career so far, knocking out Dusko Todorovic, and beating Marc-Andre Barriault in just 16 seconds in the octagon.

Njokuani is a former Muay Thai kick-boxer and current professional mixed martial artist, who most recently competed in the Middleweight division of the UFC.

He collected a $50,000 “Performance of the Night” bonus for the second time in as many octagon appearances after knocking Dusko Todorovic out with a standing elbow at UFC Vegas 55 on Saturday.

“I knew what I was capable of doing from the jump,” Njokuani said after the match. “Now I’m finally here and I’m finally showing out, doing my thing. We worked on that day in and day out.”

“Anybody can get it. You feel me? I don’t really care who I fight but I’m low key looking on that Dallas card coming up [at UFC 277].”

Njokuani also won a performance bonus in his UFC debut this past February when he needed just 16 seconds to punch out Marc-Andre Barriault.

American-Nigerian has become one of UFC’s biggest and brightest prospects with his athleticism and superior technical ability.

Njokuani has always shown flashes of greatness throughout his career, but his current run in the UFC has been incredibly impressive as he moves to 22-7 with one no contest with his latest knockout victory.
