The presidential screening committee of Nigeria’s governing party, the All Progressives Congress, APC has disqualified 10 of the 23 presidential aspirants.
The Chairman of the screening committee, Mr. John Oyegun stated this when he submitted a report of the screening committee to the APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu.

According to him, the aspirants were screened based on their qualifications, their achievement and ability to become President.
The list of the 13 aspirants left in the race is yet to be released.
