Fourteen aspirants will be contesting in the All Progressives Congress, APC Presidential primary election.
They were initially 23, however, 7 aspirants stepped down for former Lagos governor, Mr. Bola Tinubu, 1 aspirant stepped down for Vice President Yemi Osinbajo while 1 aspirant withdrew from the race.
The aspirants contesting now are Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Mr. Bola Tinubu, President of the Senate Ahmed Lawan, Senator Rochas Okorocha, Former Minister of Science and Technology, Ogbonaya Onu, Governor of Ebonyi state, Dave Umahi, Governor of Cross River state, Ben Ayade, Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, Billionaire businessman Tein Jack-Rich, Pastor Tunde Bakare, Former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, Ikeobasi Mokelu, Robert Borrofice and former Minister of state Education, Chukwuemeka Nwajuiba.
The delegates are expected to cast their votes by writing the name of the aspirant of their choice on the ballot paper.
