Alex Iwobi joins Everton on US tour

Alex Iwobi has been listed among the 32-man Everton squad embarking on a pre-season tour of the United States.

Iwobi was an important part of the Coach Frank Lampard-tutored side that fought toward the end of the last season to beat the relegation water in the English Premier League (EPL).

His goal against Newcastle ignited Everton’s battle for survival and the lone strike by the Nigerian was listed as Everton’s goal of the month in April.
