Africans residing in Northern Nigeria have congratulated the country for attaining 62 years of independence.
The Secretary General of the Niger Republic community in Nigeria mallam Sidilghabit Ahmed Tarwaq in an interview with Journalists in Kaduna State urged the citizens to come together irrespective of their ethnic or religious differences
According to him, it became mandatory for him to join the celebration in order to strengthen the good relationships between the two countries.
As the 2023 general elections approach, he prayed for the peaceful conduct of campaigns, while encouraging youths’ participation in the elections.
Similarly, John Barry from Togo and other Africans residing in the north felicitated Nigerians as they called for more peace and unity in Africa
They urged African youths to stop migrating to Europe for greener pastures.
