The North Central APC women’s professional group has named the First Lady of Kwara State and Founder Ajike People Support Center, Ambassador Olufolake Abdulrazaq, as the Matron of the organisation.
The group declared this during the organisation’s visit to the First Lady.
The visit was also to present the group to Ambassador Abdulrazaq, the Kwara State and North Central Zone Coordinator of the Tinubu/Shettima Women Presidential Campaign Team.
While receiving the group, the First Lady thanked them for visiting, adding that it was timely as the campaign machinery was already in motion.
The First Lady said she would use her current appointment to support women’s emancipation towards delivering a resounding victory for the APC and its candidates in the forthcoming 2023 elections.
Ambassador Abdulrazaq further shared that strategies to be employed during the electioneering campaign include sharing bullet points of achievement, a door-to-door campaign as an essential reach-out strategy, town hall meetings, and effective publicity.
Earlier, the North Central Coordinator of the group, Dr. Safiya Stephanie Musa, congratulated Ambassador Abdulrazaq for the well-deserved appointment and also presented a letter of appointment to her as the Matron of the group while declaring their readiness to work with her on this new assignment.
