Court Adopts Atiku, PDP’s Exhibits As Evidence

The Presidential Election Petition Court sitting in Abuja has adopted exhibits presented by the Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP Atiku Abubakar and his Party challenging the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress APC.

At Tuesday’s hearing, Atiku and PDP through their counsel Eyitayo Jegede have tendered print out of Bimodal Voter Accreditation System, BVAS for the thirty six states and FCT as exhibits.

Jegede also tendered copies containing number of Permanent Voter Cards from the 36 states and FCT as exhibits.

Also tendered as exhibits by Atiku and PDP, were the form EC8E containing statement of results, EC8D(A) containing summary of results among others.

Meanwhile justice Haruna Tsamani after listening to both counsels adjourned to May 31 for continuation of hearing.
