NFF Inaugurates Normalisation Committee in Nasarawa State

Nigeria Football Federation has inaugurated a normalisation committee in Nasarawa State.

 

The President of the Nigeria football federation, Ibrahim Musa Gusau, made the inauguration in Lafia, the State capital.

 

Represented by the Special Assistant to NFF General Secretary, Aminu Mohammed, said the normalisation is to necessitate the need to have a peaceful atmosphere for the NFA to function very effectively.

 

“Nasarawa football association is a critical stakeholder in the structure of administration of football in Nigeria.

 

“Three months is granted for the committee to bring normalcy in the instruction of operations, administer all the duties and responsibilities and obligations of the football association, and organized the FA elections and usher in new leaders that would be great for the Nasarawa Football Association”, Mohammed noted.

 

While inaugurating the committee, the Permanent Secretary of Nasarawa Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, Mr. Isaac Danladi, said the selection of the committee well deserves judging on the commitment of every one of them.

 

The PS charged the committee to continue with their commitment to the Football Association for the betterment of the NFA.

 

Responding on behalf of the committee, the chairman of the committee, Aliyu Bello, expresses appreciation to the NFF for finding worthy of the normalisation committee in the state.

 

“We are determined to work hard and bring normalcy to the Nasarawa Football Association and promise to work with the three agenda set for us”, Bello added.
