The Regional General Manager, RGM, for QNet in Sub Saharan Africa, Biram Fall stated this in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital at an expo organised by QNet and its partner in Nigeria to introduce and showcase the company’s products to Nigerians.
The Exposition drew over 5000 young Nigerians who were given opportunities for mentorship sessions and to have first hand knowledge about the products.
Falls said QNet decided to hold the expo in Nigeria because of it’s youth population which represents a tremendous potential force for change and innovation driven market.
“We decided to hold this expo here in Nigeria, because of the demographics, because it’s a great country. There is a high potential of young entrepreneurs in this country and because we have observed that many other companies in the industry do it here and why not us?” he asked.
On the impact their presence will bring onto the Nigerian economy he said, “Great impact we hope because we have been around for 25 years and we have demonstrated our capacities in the rest of the world and we are here to help the youths generally to pick this opportunity up and run with it.
“This is in oder to transform their own lives and help people around them by taking the opportunity to market Q-net products and sell them to people for their wellness and other needs and at the same time make money in terms of commission.”
According to him the company has about 600 products to offer Nigerians.
“Well we have a range of products, some 600 old products different in groups but I can tell you about watches and jewelries, I can tell you about nutritional products, I can tell you about our vacation packages and educational products also,” he said.
The Chief Executive Officer, CEO of Trans Blue Limited, TBL, Mr. Ajisafe Akeem, partners of QNet in Nigeria explained that the company is all about the opportunities that abound for Nigerians.
“QNet is a renowned direct selling company, this is the 25th anniversary we are trying to celebrate here in Nigeria with this exhibition that is coming up. I mean Q-net has always been in the lead when it comes to variety of products and of course beneficial products in terms of health, environment and of course global warming protection because we have several products that have impact of cleaning the air.
“We have air purifiers, we have water purifiers, there are other health products that will help your immune system and we thought that what is most important is to bring these products to Nigerians to get Nigerians to have a feel and have a full knowledge about the product that they would want to sell or buy and use for themselves And for others to earn commission as a direct seller,” he explained.
Speaking on the essential of the Partnership with the company, he said it to clear fraudulent activities by certain unscrupulous individuals who pose as agents of the company to scam uninformed Nigerians.
“Our partnership with QNet was born out of the fact that we saw the opportunity in this program that is being done in some countries but of course in some places some of the independent representatives are having some sharp practices and we thought in Nigeria if we partner with QNet we would be able to curtail some of this and that is what we are trying to do now.
“We hope that after this exhibition those bad eggs that are trying to destroy the brand and the reputation of the company would have no where to hide because everybody would know the truth that we have products”.
In terms of creating employment opportunities he said, “the most important thing for us is the product of knowledge, we don’t want to limit ourselves to numbers when it comes to opportunities that are available in QNet, the employment opportunity is not what we are preaching, we are preaching the sales of products and everyone who intends to buy and resell to earn commission. There is no limit to the number of people that can go into this program and earn a side income for him or herself.” He added.
