President Bola Tinubu has assigned portfolios to the Ministers designate, who were recently confirmed by the Nigerian Senate.
Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Nglale, revealed this to State House Correspondents on Wednesday night.
According to the list he presented, the portfolios are as follows:
Lateef Fagbemi- Minister of Justice & Attorney General of the Federation
Nyesom Wike – FCT Minister
Mairiga Mahmud- Minister of State, FCT
Festus Keyamo – Minister of Aviation
Adebayo Adelabu – Minister of Power
Adegboyega Oyetola – Minister of Transportation
Dele Alake – Minister of Solid Minerals
Muhammed Idris – Minister of Information & National Orientation
Mohammed Badaru – Minister of Defence
Bello Mattawale-Minister of State, Defence
Abubakar Kyari- Minister of Agriculture & food Security
Abubakar Momoh- Minister of Youths

The Ministers-designate are to be sworn-in on a date yet to be chosen by President Bola Tinubu.
The assigning of portfolios ahead of the swearing-in is historical as the usual practice is to reel out the portfolios immediately after swearing-in of Ministers.
