A Non-Governmental Organization, “Search for Common Ground” is engaging stakeholders to come up with a curriculum that will aid media practitioners on conflict sensitive reporting.
The curriculum when developed will be a guide that will be used to train journalists when reporting sensitive matters.
The Project Manager, Daniel Ogabiela, said that many incidents were being reported insensitively leading to more conflicts.
Voice of Nigeria is in attendance of the three-day workshop which comprises of media practitioners from government to private mediums.
