The German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Kaduna Business School have applauded Abuja Enterprise Agency, AEA, for enhanced service delivery to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and residents of the Federal Capital Territory.
GIZ, operating in over 130 countries globally, praised AEA for its digitalised operations, allowing real-time client interaction and maintaining high professional standards in business operations.
The Head of GIZ Component, Economic Education and Entrepreneurship, Ms. Olawaiye Oladoyin, who made the commendation, highlighted the positive impact of AEA’s efforts on SME’s.
While making his remarks, the Rector, Kaduna Business School, Dr Dahiru Sani appreciated AEA for bridging knowledge gaps among SMEs, enhancing accessibility, and institutionalising feedback mechanisms.
He added that the recognition underscores AEA’s commitment to knowledge transfer and customer engagement.
The Acting Managing Director and CEO of Abuja Enterprise Agency, Mr. Chudi Ugwuada-Ezirigwe, expressed optimism that the training would bolster staff capacity to fulfill the Agency’s mandate.
He urged participants to apply the acquired knowledge for the benefit of the residents of the Federal Capital Territory, aligning with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Mr. Ugwuada-Ezirigwe extended gratitude to the Honourable Minister of FCT, Barrister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, for his purpose-driven leadership style.
