Three Southwest governors have arrived the Oyo State Government Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan.

The governors, including Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), Ademola Adeleke (Osun) and Abiodun Oyebanji (Ekiti) arrived separately and were received by the Oyo State Deputy Governor, Bayo Lawal, on behalf of Governor Seyi Makinde.

On arrival, the governors were ushered into the private chamber of the governor for a meeting held behind closed doors.

It was gathered that the governors are also awaiting the arrival of their other colleagues from the region before going in a convoy to pay a condolence visit to the family of the late Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu.

As at the time of this report, the governors are still waiting at the Agodi State Secretariat for others.

Meanwhile, it was observed that State flags flew at half mast at the Oyo State Secretariat in line with the directive of Governor Makinde, who had, on Thursday, declared a three day mourning in the state in honour of the late former governor of Ondo State.
