President To Attend Imo Governor’s Second Term Inauguration Ceremony

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is to attend the second swearing-in ceremony of Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, which in few hours of Monday January 15th, will begin at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri the State Capital.
Before attending the ceremony, the President will commission the redesigned Airport Road which is now dualised from two lanes to four lanes with side lightening from Owerri-Aba Road to the Airport including new Twin Tollgate.
The President will be accompanied by some officials and members of the National Assembly who would also participate in commissioning some of the projects in the state.
Party Chieftains of the All Progressives Congress party,members of the progressive Governors forum as well as some Members of President Tinubu’s cabinet will also be attending the swearing in ceremony.
Governor Uzodimma, was declared the winner of the November 11th election by the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC), following his victory in all 27 local government areas of Imo State .
The state is in a celebratory mood, and the capital city of Owerri is set to recieve dignitaries .
Adequate security measures have been put in place, and visible actions have been taken to manage the expected crowd.
