President Tinubu meets with Security Chiefs

President Bola Tinubu is currently in a meeting with the Nigerian Service Chiefs.
The Service Chiefs, who arrived at the seat of power around 14:30 GMT on Tuesday January 16, 2024 were led by the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa.
Those attending the meeting include the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Taoreed Lagbaja, Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogala, Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Hassan Abubakar and the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun.
Heads of other security agencies are also at the meeting.
The meeting is expected to review the current security situation in the country as well as look into ways of tackling challenges in that regard.

At the end of the meeting, the Service Chiefs left the villa without briefing Journalists on the outcome of their meeting with the President
