NPFL Youth League: Chairman Seeks Proper Documentation Of Players
The chairman of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Youth League, Emeka Inyama, has called on clubs to ensure proper documentation of its players ahead of the screening exercise holding on January 31st, while the zonal qualifiers hold from February 1st – 3rd.
Inyama said proper documentation is required to avoid a situation where some clubs would have their players disqualified.
“We will be very intentional and meticulously strict in enforcing the rules to ensure that nobody who is ineligible plays in the competition because the youth teams are the future of the NPFL,” Inyama said.
“Clubs have been communicated on the eligibility criteria, and they are expected to get every documentation ready to make the screening easy for all involved.”
