President Tinubu returns to Abuja after private visit to France

Nigeria’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has returned to Abuja the nation’s capital after a 2-week private visit to Paris, France.

The President’s flight touched down at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport around 9’0clock on Tuesday evening.

The Nigerian Leader was received by a delegation of top government officials led by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation(SGF), George Akume, others were his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu and Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FTC) Nyesom Wike

Also at the airport were the Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Heineken Lokpobiri and the Director-General of the Department of State Service (DSS) Yusuf Magaji Bichi, among others.

It would be recalled that the President departed from Abuja to Paris on 23rd January. 2024

This last trip to France was the third since he became President.

The first was in June last year, three weeks after he assumed office while the second was in September 2023.
