APC Flags Off Campaign For Local Government Elections In Benue State

The All Progressives Congress, APC has launched its Local Government election campaign ahead of the October 5th council polls.
Benue State Governor, Reverend Fr. Hyacinth Alia, who was represented by his deputy, Sam Ode, urged the candidates to work diligently in their respective LGs to secure victory in the upcoming elections.
Governor Alia promised to ensure a free and fair election process, providing a level playing field for all political parties.
He handed over 23 flags to the APC chairmanship candidates and their deputies, encouraging them to prioritize service to their communities.
APC State Caretaker Chairman, Dr. Benjamin Omale, highlighted the committee’s role in resolving issues among aspirants and promoting unity within the party.
He reiterated the party’s commitment to fulfilling its campaign promises and urged supporters to vote for all APC candidates for better service delivery.
Joseph Akaagerger and Emmanuel Jime expressed their support for the APC candidates in Zones A and B, praising Governor Alia for his dedication to the people.
APC State Organising Secretary, Mr. James Orgunga, confirmed that the party had 23 candidates for all chairmanship and 276 councillorship positions and was fully prepared for the upcoming election.
