Anambra Government Offers Bounty for Information on Nibo Killings

The Anambra State government has taken a significant step in addressing the recent violence that resulted in the deaths of about ten individuals in Nibo community in Awka South Local Government Area of the state.

The government has placed a bounty on the perpetrators of the heinous crime, offering a handsome reward for any information that leads to their arrest.

The incident, which the police attributed to a cult-related clash between rival groups, has prompted the state government to vow to end such violent crimes to prevent future occurrences.

In a statement signed by the State Commissioner for Information, Dr. Law Mefor, the government expressed its determination to bring the perpetrators to justice and ensure the safety of its citizens.
