Late Ifeanyi Ubah Laid to Rest in Anambra State

The late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah was laid to rest at his family home in Umuanukam, Otolo Nnewi, Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State on Friday.

The burial ceremony was filled with tears and heartfelt tributes from dignitaries, friends, political colleagues, and family members.

Bishop Peter Cardinal Okpaleke of Ekwulobia presided over the burial mass at St. Peter’s Claver Catholic Church, where he emphasized the importance of living an exemplary life that leaves a positive impact on others.

Cardinal Okpaleke praised Ubah’s philanthropic efforts and dedication to serving humanity, urging others to follow his example.

Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State, who shared a recent interaction with the late senator, expressed shock and sorrow over his sudden passing.

Senator Uche Ekwunife also paid tribute to Ubah, highlighting his commitment to youth development and leadership qualities.

In a touching tribute, a kinsman of the deceased, Joe Ezeike, spoke of Ubah’s legacy of service, compassion, and excellence that will continue to inspire future generations.

The late Senator’s impact and kindness were acknowledged by those who knew him well, with many describing him as a rare gem and true leader.

“The passing of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah has left a void in the political landscape, but his legacy of service and compassion will be remembered for years to come. His example of living a life dedicated to helping others serves as a reminder to all to leave a positive mark on the world,” Ezeike said.
