Alternating between English and Pidgin, Davido sings about an enchanting damsel who has captured his heart, pledging to lavish her with life’s finest luxuries.

A man of affluence, Davido showcases his wealth on a track that samples South African icon Brenda Fassie’s timeless classic Vulindlela.

OdumoduBlvck delivers his signature flow, while Chike’s soulful melodies and Igbo lyrics add a vibrant Highlife essence to the track. Together, they craft a song destined to be a highlight of the 2024 Detty December festivities.

Funds follows Davido’s smash hit Awuke featuring YG Marley. The four-time Grammy nominee also recently announced his highly anticipated fifth album, 5ive, set to drop on March 14, 2025.

2024 has been another stellar year for Davido, beginning with three Grammy nominations at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards.
