Sokoto Governor Pledges Increased Developmental Projects

Sokoto State Governor Ahmed Aliyu has assured residents of the state of more developmental projects in 2025, highlighting his administration’s commitment to advancing the state’s infrastructure and services.

The governor made this pledge during the 11th regular meeting of the State Executive Council, where he reviewed the achievements of his administration over the past year.

He emphasised that numerous projects had been executed across various parts of Sokoto in 2024, promising even greater efforts in the coming year.

“In sha Allah, more projects are expected in the coming year,” Governor Aliyu stated, reaffirming his dedication to improving the lives of Sokoto residents.

The governor also commended members of the State Executive Council and the people of Sokoto for their unwavering support, which he credited as a key factor in the successes recorded so far.

Additionally, he congratulated the council members for their effective presentation of the 2025 budget before the state legislature, describing it as a significant milestone for the administration.

Governor Aliyu called on residents to continue supporting government initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of the proposed projects.
