Nigerian Afrobeats Star Timaya has named Rema as the frontrunner of the new generation of Nigerian musicians.

In a recent interview with Cool FM, the ‘Dem Mama’ hitmaker shared his admiration for Rema, calling him an “intentional” artist.

Timaya praised Rema’s distinctive fashion sense and musical style, noting how they set him apart from his contemporaries.
