Former Nigerian Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has met with former President Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, south-west Nigeria.
Atiku, who arrived at Obasanjo’s Abeokuta residence located within the precinct of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL) at exactly 12:37 p.m. local time accompanied by the former governors of Sokoto and Cross Rivers State, Aminu Tambuwa and Senator Liyel Imoke, among other eminent political stalwarts from the northern region.
Atiku, alongside members of his entourage, went straight into a private meeting with his former boss, Obasanjo, who had been waiting for his visitors.
