The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has engaged the banking sector in Lagos state South West Nigeria to foster dialogue for a fairer financial landscape.
The commission in a statement on its X handle revealed that the engagement is part of its sector by sector Roundtable Compliance Engagements.

The commission also noted that key focus areas included empowering stakeholders with compliance knowledge, strengthening self-regulation and consumer protection, and addressing sector-specific challenges.

FCCPC also reiterated its committed to building a stronger, more compliant market for all.
