Egyptian Strongman Sets New Guinness World Record
Ashraf Kabonga, an Egyptian wrestler and strongman, achieved an incredible feat on Thursday, setting a new Guinness World Record by pulling a 279-tonne train using only his teeth and strength.
The remarkable event took place at Ramses Station in Cairo, where Kabonga pulled the locomotive and several carriages nearly 10 meters along the tracks. A large crowd gathered to witness and cheer on this incredible achievement, which beat the previous record by 19 tonnes.
This accomplishment marks Kabonga’s third record in just two days. He also holds records for pulling a 15,730-kilogramme truck with his teeth and eating 11 raw eggs in 30 seconds.
Kabonga, president of the Egyptian Federation for Professional Wrestlers, demonstrated his exceptional strength and endurance, solidifying his position as a world-renowned strongman.
