Vin Diesel Walks Daughter of Paul Walker Down the Aisle
Fans of the fast and furious franchise were left emotional after seeing Vin Diesel walk Meadow, the daughter of the late Fast & Furious actor Paul Walker, down the aisle at her wedding in Dominican Republic.
Paul Walker died in a car crash in 2013, at the age of forty, he was famous for playing Brian O’Conner in the Fast & Furious franchise.
Diesel and Walker notably became close friends after playing racing rivals in the hit fast and furious films. A lot of fans applauded and commended vin diesel for the monumental father-figure role he played in the wedding ceremony on behalf of his late friend.
A fan commented: “It’s only right that Vin gets to walk her down the aisle.” And other fan wrote: “Love the fact Vin Diesel got to walk you down the aisle. Your dad would have been proud.”
Meadow Walker married actor Louis Thornton-Allan in an intimate ceremony in the Dominican Republic earlier this month.
She recently shared pictures from the wedding including a black and white snap of Diesel linking arms with her as guests watch them walk down the aisle.
In an interview with vogue, the bride, Meadow Walker commented on how the ceremony was a smaller affair than she hoped.
She said :“The pandemic impacted our plans. Louis’s family wasn’t able to attend.”
She also added that: “A lot of close friends whom we consider family were also unable to attend due to travel restrictions.”
