Adamawa Governor Swears In 8 New Permanent Secretaries

Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri has sworn-in eight new permanent secretaries.

The governor during the swearing-in ceremony at the Government House, Yola tasked the new permanent secretaries to be unbiased in their service delivery and strive to move the state forward.

Governor Fintriri, who was represented by his Deputy, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, observed that it was essential for the permanent secretaries to know that their appointment is a call to higher duty.

It’s essential to note that, the oath of office and allegiance you took before God and men, means you agree to be fair to all manners of people” Fintriri said.

Please accept your posting in good faith and serve the state as your own constituency without bias” he added.

On behalf of the appointees, Mrs Melody Herman while appreciating the government for finding them worthy, promised that they will put in their best in taking the State to the next level.

Mrs Herman, pledged their commitment and unreserved loyalty to the present administration in the state.

Those sworn in are Ladi Baba Hamza, Emmanuel Iliya Tapasha, Mohammed Tukur, Hassan Maude Modibo, Syndana Dada, Mercy Ornan Dauda, Mohammed Awwal Ibrahim and Mrs Melody Pwambodi Herman

The Oath of office and allegiance was administered by Barrister Isuwa Misali for the the State Attorney General.
