Super Eagles Captain Ahmed Musa says the current AFCON holding in Cameroun will be his last.

Musa made this revelation at a press conference in Garoua ahead of Nigeria’s clash against Egypt on Tuesday.

The highest-capped Nigerian International was part of the 2013 victorious squad, but now wants to end on a high.

I think this is my last AFCON in Shaa Allah,” Musa said.

I have spoken to the boys that this is the only gift you can give to me, because this is my last AFCON. And the boys told me that they are ready

My first AFCON was in South Africa in 2013 and we ended up winning it. And my second appearance was in Egypt and we won the bronze.”

Egypt has beaten Nigeria twice in their two group openers.

But Musa believes the Super Eagles can turn a page with a famous win against the seven-times AFCON champions.
