Alado of Ado, Barrister Amisu Tijani Dies At 71
The community of Ado in Sagamu Local Government, Ogun State, South West Nigeria has been thrown into mourning following the passing of its esteemed monarch, the Alado of Ado HRH, Barrister Adeshola Amisu Tijani, Osokowu II.
The revered ruler, known for his wisdom, leadership, and dedication, was a former Secretary, Legal Adviser of Voice of Nigeria.
The late monarch, also hailed for his passionate development of Ado, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at the age of 71.
His death occurred around 3 p.m. after a brief illness, as confirmed by family sources.
Barrister Adeshola Amisu Tijani reigned for 12 impactful years, during which he championed various initiatives to improve the well-being of his people and preserved the cultural heritage of Ado.
