The Board members and management team of Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) Investment and Property Development Company (IPDC), has been reconstituted by the Council Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu Candido in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.
The board members which has the Executive chairman as its Chairman comprises of four members while the management team has also four key officials led by a Group Managing Director.
The new management team members are:
1. Obaje David – Group Managing Director
2. Princess Adaeze Olisa – Deputy GMD
3. Chief Andrew Ugwu – Director, Business and Marketing
4. Hon. Haladu Adamu – Director, Special Duties.
They have been charged with the responsibility of revamping the company which is a business arm of the Council.
Recall that the former management of the Company was dissolved by the Executive Chairman, AMAC due to catalogue of inefficiencies and being unable to deliver the goals of the sector.
In his response, the new Group managing director, Mr David Obaje noted that with their focus and determination, the board would be brought to enviable position in no distant time.
