Anambra Election: APC Strengthens Grassroots Mobilisation For Paul Chukwuma

The Paul Chukwuma Primary Election Campaign Council for Anambra South Senatorial Zone has inaugurated local government coordinators across the seven local government areas in the zone.

This comes as Anambra State is preparing to hold its governorship election on November 8, 2025.

The inauguration event took place at Igbo-Ukwu in Aguata Local Government Area of the state.

It witnessed the participation of local government chairpersons representing the All Progressives Congress (APC), as well as members of the Sir Paul Youth Coalition, Ikemba Front Coordinators, women’s groups, and other APC affiliates united in their support for Sir Paul Chukwuma.

Grassroot Presence

In his opening remarks, Chief Osude stressed the vital importance of establishing a strong grassroots presence for the APC.

He encouraged the newly appointed coordinators to actively engage communities and promote the values and goals of the New APC under Sir Chukwuma’s leadership.

“Return to the grassroots. Our commitment is unwavering. It is there that we can make a real impact,” Osude stated.

He addressed the role of support groups within the campaign, affirming their significance while reiterating the primacy of the APC in the political terrain.

“Support groups are vital to our efforts, and their involvement is essential. However, it is the APC that leads this endeavor, and we must all come together to advance the party’s objectives,” he stated.

He urged members of these support groups who have not yet registered with the APC to do so promptly, emphasising unity and collaboration for a successful campaign.
